Frequently Asked Questions:

1. How long do the items take to arrive?
- Spree usually takes 4 to 8 weeks, depending on restocking rate. Please know that we have no control over the restocking sprees and do expect that you will have to wait for your items.

2. How do I check on the status of the spree?
- Simply look under Pending/Restocking sprees and click the spree you joined.

3. How do I track the items?
- Track them at: http://www.speedpost.com.sg/TrackAndTrace.asp

4. Would I be able to choose another size if I chose my size wrongly?
- Yeaps, you definitely can do so.

5. Is normal postage safe?
- We will recommend Registered Postage which is much more safer. :)

6. If my item is out of stock, will I be able to get the handling fees back?
- A full refund will be made. :)

7. Any discounts if I get more items?
- Only customers buying 15 items and above, will enjoy discounts. No handling fees will be the discount. Great deal isn't it! :D
