♥ Wednesday, November 8, 2006 Terms and Conditions: Do take your time to read the T&C carefully. :D 1. No payment, no order. 2. 1 time payment only. 3. No asking for discounts. 4. No meetups for sprees' payment. 5. Payment for sprees have to be made by the date & time stated in the post or else orders will be canceled. 6. No dead buyers or M.I.A or else blacklisted. 7. No canceling of orders after the spree is closed. 8. There will be FULL refund if the item you ordered is out of stock (OOS). 9. Items sold are not exchangeable or refundable. 10. Purchase with your own judgment, items may not be as pretty as shown in the pictures. 11. Only orders in order form format is accepted. If you didn't submit your orders by the format, we will not treat it as official order. 12. Collection of sprees' items will only be allowed when your items have ALL arrived. If you have items which have not arrived, we will not allow collection of arrived items first. 13. I.A.H will not be responsible for any loss of mail if you choose normal mail. 14. I.A.H will not be responsible for items that are damaged or lost when delivered by local postages or from overseas. 15. Mailing of items will only be done after you have paid the postage fees. 16. Please write the full and correct address when you submit the order form. You will have to pay the postage fees again if there is any returned mail due to wrong address. 17. Our POSB account number will be revealed to you when orders confirmed. 18. Do note that SPREES take 4 - 8 weeks to arrive after items start restocking. Do place orders only if you can wait. depending on restocking rate. This depends solely on the suppliers not us. We will not entertain impatient buyers. 19. If you can't wait, don't order. 20. Items of customers who MIA during appointed meetup timing will be confiscated. 21. Items will be confiscated if not collected after ONE month. 22. Meetups are strictly on weekends only. If you insist on having meetups on weekdays, $5 extra charges will be needed. 23. Do note that there will only be 2 mass meetups held for each spree. If you are unable to make it, do opt for postage. 24. For customers who are late for more than 15 minutes during meetup, items will be confiscated by us and we will leave after 15 minutes is up. 25. Postages will only be done every weekends due to busy school/work schedule. 26. If the response of spree is poor, IAH reserves the rights to cancel or extend the spree without any prior notice. 27. I.A.H reserves the rights to edit the terms and condition without any prior notice. 28. By submitting your orders would mean that you have agreed to our terms and condition.
